Through our unique combination of fitness and motor-skill-building activities, the CrossFit Kids curriculum increases physical activity levels, improves fitness, and builds confidence.
The class duration is relatively short and its play-based curriculum is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN. Skills are focused on the very basic foundations of functional movement and age appropriate developmental motor skills. CrossFit makes young individuals more confident, by encouraging them to try new things, take more risks and believe in their potential. The camaraderie of CrossFit boxes also teaches children how to interact with their peers and build valuable social skills, as well as become more driven and dedicated.
Our Kids’ coaches love kids and love seeing them gain confidence while getting fitter, faster, stronger, and gaining more coordination.
