Our main focus is to meet you where you are at. There are different levels of fitness and nutrition. It is our goal to assess and know where you are and then provide realistic action steps. We focus on the process not the end goal for best results.
Kim has had a passion for health and fitness from a young age. After having 2 boys(16 months apart), she became a stay at home mom who desperately wanted to feel fit and strong again. She tried so very hard to workout at home. It was more like a jungle gym for the kids! She soon pursued becoming a fitness instructor at the age of 24 and never looked back. She learned everything she could about fitness, nutrition, and business. She had big dreams of opening her own personal training studio. After managing a health club for 7 years, she opened CFU in 2011. She had no idea it would turn out better than she ever imagined. She feels humbled & blessed to do what she loves everyday surrounded by like-minded people. She loves to encourage people but it’s her coaches and members who inspire her the most and make her want to be a better person. Now she is a mom of 4 boys and she knows how important healthy habits are for a good quality of life. Her passion is to not only inspire people to start a fitness journey but to educate and encourage good nutrition and habits that lead us to the best versions of ourselves. Kim enjoys teaching FitTribe classes, coaching CrossFit, working out, and being a mom to her boys and members. She promises to continue educating herself, her coaches, and to always strive for excellence. She may be a little biased but she believes she has the best team in the world!!

As the front desk girl/coach, Cacey’s goals are to be a friendly face to everyone walking in and to always encourage members to be the best that they can be. A couple of her favorite things about coaching is watching members overcome things that they never thought were possible, and seeing them cheer each other on. Cacey has been a member for four years, and has been a coach for two of them. When she is not at crossfit she is at home spending time with her family. As a mother of three, crossfit helps her keep up with her kids and also gives her a little time to herself.
As a Coach and Manager, Cassie is a familiar face around the box! She has been a member of our CrossFit family since 2014. When Cassie realized this was a passion of hers, she made a leap of faith and obtained her CF L1 in 2014 and has been a part of our team ever since. Not long after finding her love for rowing and finally obtained her CrossFit Rowing certification in April of 2017. Cassie will be the first to tell, “it’s been a journey” as there is no straight line but instead a roller coaster, but it is a ride worth taking! While continuing her health and fitness journey, you can be sure that she will be your biggest cheerleader as you start or continue your own! As a wife and mother of two energetic boys she gets it! She gets the tug a war between doing for others and doing for yourself!
While not at the box, Cassie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has found a newfound love for tinkering with her plants. Her favorite vacation spot is the beach. Any beach. Bring her to the beach!
Renee has been coaching CrossFit classes with CrossFit Unlimited since 2014 when she obtained her CF L1. She obtained her Crossfit Kids certification in March of 2015 and has since coached summer camps each year. Shortly after she obtained the Crossfit Mobility certification in May 2015. She then obtained her Crossfit Rowing certification in April 2017. She obtained her CF L2 in November 2019 and helps with programming for rowing classes and CrossFit workouts. Renee enjoys helping clients reach their goals whether it’s a new PR or dialing in their nutrition for overall wellness. When she isn’t coaching classes or nutrition, she’s busy with her full time job as a Social Worker and running after her two busy daughters.
I joined crossfit on Nov. 1st 2013. I was instantly hooked. How could this 10 minute workout bring so much exhaustion?! I had to learn/know more. I was pre-diabetic at the age 28, 268lbs, and on my way to being on insulin. After 6yrs, I have lost and kept off 110lbs and am living a completely different lifestyle.
I decided to become a coach simply because of the motivation I had received myself from my coaches at Crossfit Unlimited. I wanted to help bring consistency, knowledge, and most of all FUN into our members daily workouts.
I absolutely love watching the small victories as a coach. Someone’s first sit-up or squat. Non-gym victories such as tying your shoes or getting to run and play with their children/grandchildren.
Outside of the gym, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Ben, and our 3 children. Any type of outdoor activity/adventure will always peak my interest.

My fitness journey began a few years back when I decided I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. All my life I’ve been the overweight kid, constantly struggling with my weight. I was not an athlete by any means. As an adult I found myself one day in my mid-thirties, overweight, on blood pressure and cholesterol medicine, and leading a sedentary life full of bad habits. My doctor basically told me it was time for a change. I answered an ad for CrossFit Bootcamp and it completely changed my life. I found myself doing things I had never done in my entire life-pullups, running, weights-and I enjoyed it!!!!! I lost weight and inches, got stronger, faster, and healthier, and made some of the best friends of my life.
I saw first hand what regular exercise and a healthy diet can do. Today it has become my lifestyle; it has changed my outlook on life and made me a better person.
When I’m coaching at the gym I hope I can do the same for our members, teaching them that exercise is not a chore but a choice. A choice that can change (and save) your life. You totally get what you work for. I enjoy seeing members grow each and every day. They learn it’s not just about losing weight but becoming stronger-both physically and mentally. We become a family, encouraging each other along the way, holding one another accountable, and motivating each other to be the best version of ourselves. We become One Tribe!
Hobbies-running, reading, sports (especially football), and spending time with my family Favorite quote-“It always seems impossible until it’s done”

For Sheila, her why is to be able to say yes when opportunities come her way, knowing that she’s ready for any challenge. T.J. has always had a passion for health and fitness. As a child he would stretch with his mother and workout with his father’s gym equipment around the home. He played multiple sports from an early age; including baseball, football, basketball and track through high school. Soon after leaving college his athletic abilities began to decline and so did the shape of his body. With no extracurricular activities besides work he was losing control of his health. For the next few years, he would spend time in the gym doing and trying different types of workouts. He scribed to several health and fitness magazines to help guide him. It would vary from body building type workouts to doing only cardio and then trying interval training. Nothing seemed to get him the results that he wanted. He became bored and felt as if he wasn’t living up to my potential.
“I heard about CrossFit. I researched it, read about it, watched videos and then thought I would give it a shot. The first time that I tried it, I thought that I was in shape. Well, it was a gut check. I fell in love instantly. It was different from everything else and that’s what kept me so interested.”
He became a student of the sport, studying everything about it to be the best he could. He was invited to help coach the Eunice boot camps in early 2015. His passion for helping others is what motivates him every day while coaching a class.
“The feeling I get while seeing people push themselves past their comfort zone and do something, they never thought that they would be able to do compared to nothing else. When people reach the goal they have set for themselves it gives them a sense of accomplishment and self-worth in both their mental and physical abilities. That not only adds to their quality of life but adds to mine as well. It is something I love, and I feel very lucky that I was given the opportunity to coach and do something I’m so passionate about. I now feel like I’m living up to my potential and that my calling is to coach and inspire others to be better, not just in fitness but to be better at life.”
Outside of coaching he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter gardening around their home. He likes outdoor adventuring in his Jeep, canoe, bike or just walking a trail. I just love to be around nature and to keep moving.

Now 4 babies later, CrossFit and fit tribe classes like body pump, body flow and body combat have brought back that strength, flexibility and endurance.
